First hotel stay here at Bally's this past weekend was met with a surprisingly satisfied experience. It was upon check-in that fears started to subside regarding regrets on not booking a "nicer" hotel like Caesar's for our monthly staycation.
Diamond VIP valet service lane made parking quick and easy. Diamond VIP check-in helped limit the time spent in line and in turn gave more time for relaxing. I asked for the Jubilee tower specifically and we received a 2 queen-bed room with a view overlooking the Grand Bazaar Shoppes. The Jubilee towers were more recently renovated and provide much closer access to the Strip and the Bazaar shops where a plethora of stores and food stops await.
The room itself was very spacious. As a matter of fact, they may be bigger than the standard rooms at Caesars. Basic amenities come included; refrigerator at no extra charge. The hotel itself is centered in the middle of the Strip. A CVS is conveniently located adjacent to the hotel which makes last minute shopping las toiletries, cheap munchies, or even liquor a very simple task.
The hotel is also connected via inside walkway to Paris hotel to allow for even more dining and entertainment options. As you walk towards the back of the casino though, the age if the casino shows through past the glimmer of the lights and blaring casino sounds.
The Bally's spa is much outdated providing a very simplistic spa experience. Walking to the sports book or the pool all the way to the back of the casino and one floor below the casino just seems more of a hassle than it need be. If you make it that far, you will also find a limited food court with a subway, sbarro, johnny rockets, and an asian joint.
Overall though, for a fraction of the price of other casinos nearby, you get a pretty good room and convenient access to anything you need to make your stay comfortable as possible. Would I stay here again? The answer is now a most definite yes. I'm not a real negative person and will roll with almost anything and move on. However, I feel like I need to set expectations for others that are considering Bally's.
I stayed in a Penthouse Suite, it was fairly beat up and outdated. Balleys casino absolute "never again" for me, they don't have room service after 1pm. Had a great las of though. I hate to give it one star There were no vents in the bathroom The sinks were old Cheap but centrally located on the Strip.
Otherwise, disappointing, mostly for their fitness center. I was expecting The Las from Bally's, whose health clubs were the state of the art. Alas, cardio machines free casino flyers no individual TV's and no sound??!!
Why so sucky a fitness center?? The room was a torture chamber of antique, ugly furniture from I could not use the desk. Also played, "search for available las a little game I've come to hate, and instantly dislike any establishment that makes me participate as the first thing I must do in the room in You hear one arrive, but unless you're standing in front of it, you must frantically search for the open door!
Very easy, automated, and efficient. I also liked the option of having room service or credit toward purchases charged to the room for hotel restaurants. As with everywhere in Vegas, I found service in the hotel and casino extremely friendly and professional. We just made our first stay at Bally's, and were very pleased. The room was one of the largest I have ever had, that was not a suite.
The pool was still open, agua casino a little chilly. The pool is large, with lots of palm trees around, balleys casino. The location is great for us, as we like that las of the strip. There is a direct connection to the Paris hotel, which is a place we like for the buffets.
This made it almost like staying at Paris, while being less expensive. The casino is one of the older ones. We will definitely consider a repeat visit. Love the central strip location and that they have self service kiosks to check in to avoid the long lines. The newer jubilee rooms are very nice but wish they would just las all the rooms already.
Most of the Employees were very nice and helpful but there were a few bad apples that were amazingly rude. You can find great deals for total rewards properties so make sure you sign up for the rewards card. Parking lot to elevator is shared with Paris. Bally's is an older hotel and we got good deals, so after half of our friends left we were at MGM we decided to come here.
First view of the room was pleasant until I lied down on their bed. I can smell really bad noticeable B. O from the blanket The housekeeper can also be a hardworking person who is having a hard life as well We can hear our next door hotel neighbors I understand this place is older and cheaper, but I dont think anyone should get sheets smelling like crap and crap on their ceilings.
Unfortunately we had a bad experience there. Called and told them this wasn't what we expected, they asked us to do walk las to talk to the front desk about refunding the upsell. The front desk person told gaming gambling jobs they would only do that if we went back las, packed everything and moved to the other rooms.
Classic and a shitty customer balleys casino. The sink was clogged in one of the rooms. We asked them to fix it, headed out for about 4 hours, and it wasn't fixed. Couldn't use it as we were getting ready for dinner without it overflowing. This hotel clearly doesn't care and we won't be staying there ever again. Bally's was a nice place to stay.
This saved us from waiting in a huge line of about 50 people. The room las good sized. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The downsides were the furniture was a little dated and some of the wallpaper was coming off the walls. I did not know that you could use your room key and your parking ticket as you leave the parking lot structure. Here las are close to the Paris with the Bellagio just across the street.
You are also close to many other attractions along the strip. With that said on to the case of theft at hand. We arrived at 7: We went to the kiosk to read the ticket to "call for the car and pay". I approached the booth and asked how long the machines have been stealing from locals and other customers and in turn got a supervisor to come by and discuss the situation.
I was informed to call the Valet Supervisor and will do so tomorrow. Just wanted to give everyone the heads up that the kiosk are no bueno. You always hear people use the old adage "if I had a penny for every time First time staying at Bally's and my stay was good. We arrived around 6pm on a Wednesday night and stood in the check in line for about 30 mins.
Make sure when you check in to have them add the parking to your room. It was Wednesday night around 6pm. There was three lines; one for diamond members, one for keys and mail and the other one was for regular check ins.Now $59 (Was $̶7̶5̶) on TripAdvisor: Bally's Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas.
